Dissecting a frog isn't as easy as it may seem. There are so many parts to it. Especially if you dissect a female frog, with eggs. It's so messy, and with all the chemicals that they put on the frog it smells really bad. This is why I would like to thank surgeons for doing such a great job with humans and anything else that need surgery. These are only a few things why I would like to thank and appreciate a surgeon.
Imagine if you would ever need surgery  I once almost did, but thank gosh my bone wasn't as bad. Surgeons need a lot of practice though. If they wouldn't practice on something else just image what could happen! If they would mess up they would need a great lawyer! Just image, they would maybe even quit the job because of how guilty they would be! I would like to thank all of our surgeons in the whole world. They have a gre

The brain is a very smart part of the human body, as you can already tell. The brain also starts at the cornea, and of course it has to end at the end of the brain. This is some of the pathway that light takes to our eye. This is also a signal for our brain to interpret. I will show you the whole way through, so that you could understand.
The first step would have to be that the image passes through the iris. Next, the image goes through the lens and the cornea. Finally, the image goes through the blind spot, and comes out through the brain. So, next time you see an image remind yourself that the image goes through this whole processes  just so that you could see the image yu are trying to see.

Zoo!

Yesterday, I went to the zoo! I learned way more about my animal when I went to the zoo. At first I was really energetic, and I wanted to walk around everywhere. But, towards the end I got really tired and hungry. But, anyways I learned more about what my animal. I took a picture, and I even saw that the information we already had was correct.
We had the name right, and what it eats. Even where it is found! We didn't really get to see much action, because in reality the snake looks way smaller than what it appears in pictures. That is the only thing that I would say surprised me. But, other than that our research was fine, we had everything just the way the zoo had said. I had an OK time, it wasn't the best. But, other than that I had a pretty good time, I just thought our animal could have been better.

Rainbows! I'm sure everyone loves them! But, do you know how they are formed? Well, it all starts off with millions of rain drops. The rain drops reflect light from the sun. Each rain drop has the same job, or sort of. Without all of these rain drops there would only be a few colors in the rainbow! But, the sun reflects a different angle to each rain drop.
To sum this all up rainbows are formed by sunlight, and its reflective light. Rainbows are very fun, and they are very pleasant  I never really knew hot rainbows were formed, but now I do, and now I know why rainbows are formed after it rains. Or maybe even after the sprinklers are on

Why is the sky blue? Well, I have already gave you a few information on why I think it is blue, but now I have done a bit more research and discovered new things. But, the internet can as well be wrong sometimes, so don't believe everything they say!  But anytime you have a question, or you want to figure it out on your own why the sky is blue all you have to do is research it. You could do it anywhere, but I'm sure that most of us like to use Google.
Well like I said, after researching I have came up with my results. I was partly right, but at the same time a bit off. It actually turns out to be that the sunlight has absorbs many colors, and within those colors there is mostly blue, because it absorbs wavelengths which make the color blue stand out and make the sky blue. So, as a result this is a few information that I just found out about why the sky is blue.

Many people wonder, why the sky is blue. But, have you wondered why the sky is blue? I haven't really thought about that, until this year when I found out why it is blue. Plus, I also learned how the grass is green! It's actually pretty interesting  I thought that they grass and the sky had that natural color, but it turns out to be way different.
It turns out to be that both the sky and the grass reflect light from the sun. It also absorbs that light, which makes it get that color. I'm not quite sure, if this is the right answer, but I do know that the grass is green because of this matter. I am probably wrong, but I think I did hear this yesterday when I did a Brain pop on color, and I did the activity.

Plant fossils are actually very cool. But, did you know they are found in Antarctica as well? Well, I was quite surprised as well. I didn't know that plant fossils could last through that weather. But, I guess they can. I will tell you a few of the reasons why I believe or know that plat fossils can be found in Antarctica.
One of the reasons why plant fossils can be found in Antarctica is because Antarctica was actually a warm place before any human was alive. As a result people didn't live back then, so since it was a warm place then plant fossils could be there. As time went by though not Antarctica started to get colder. That is why you don't find anymore plant fossils over there anymore. So, that was how plant fossils survived a long time ago. It was because Antarctica was a much warmer place back then than what it is now. It was much warmer, and or course the weather

In science, and in computers we are working on a project, that seems so far to be fun. All of the 7th grade had to get a animal and get in a group to find different things, on that animal. In my group I have Kaycee, Hailey, Aryanna, and me. We all had to do some research on a Desert Rosy Boa. In other words it's a snake that lives in the desert.
As of for me the research I had to do was to find some of the snakes adaptions. I found many cool adaptations that I didn't even know these kind of snakes had. It was quite interesting because I got to learn some new things. Some of these things I didn't even know snakes could do! I am really looking forward to this project. I also hope that it will be a great success along with our trip to the zoo. I have actually never been to the zoo, so I hope this will be a great experience!

Over all in science there has been many great inventions. It was a hard choice, but I decided that the greatest discover was the discovery of DNA. I believe this is the greatest discovery for many great reasons.
I believe this is the greatest discover, because it helped us all with all the science and medical things there are today. For example if they wouldn't have discovered the DNA, neither science nor doctors would have been able to discover anything that had to do with your DNA, or traits nor all of that. There are some many great discoveries out there, but I believe this one is the greatest in science because of those reasons I had explained above. Yes, other people had discovered some many great things, like how animals will change, etc. But, I believe that discovering how animals will be in the future isn't as important.

At the beginning of the year we started to make flash cards on a web-site called Quizlet. We did this so that we could review all of our vocabulary. It is a way that we could memorize all the vocabulary words. I believe that this is a great way that helps us, but in my opinion I don't think that kids go on Quizlet, because they think it's boring.
But, I believe that is a great way to help kids learn their vocabulary words. But, the only thing I would say they should change is the games. The games, aren't that fun, and in my case they don't help me a lot.
